Located in the village of Mane in Haute-Provence, Caramélerie de Mane is an artisanal factory created in 2021 that is fully committed to promoting and passing on know-how.

The factory is surrounded by a garden dedicated to the protection of butterflies, the company’s emblem, created in partnership with Act for Planet and the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux.

Caramélerie de Mane products are part of the culinary heritage of Provence, where tradition meets innovation: caramels are made entirely by hand and produced using Ratti machines manufactured in France in the 1950s. And, a world first, the caramels are made with olive oil from Provence!

“La Caramélerie de Mane” brand products are distributed via the Brémond Fils boutique network and the website www.maisonbremond.com. They are also available under the “Le Roy René” brand and distributed through the boutique network, as well as on www.calisson.com.
