qui d\u00e9signe le ver \u00e0 soie du bombyx du m\u00fbrier), un lieu d&#8217;exploitation de s\u00e9riciculture traditionnelle, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire l&#8217;\u00e9levage du ver \u00e0 Celles-ci vont tout d\u2019abord rouler la pr\u00e9paration, puis la faire passer sur une fileuse \u00e0 sucre pour la fa\u00e7onner en un tendre caramel carr\u00e9 continu, d\u00e9coup\u00e9 ensuite
