Created in 2024 on the Valensole plateau in Haute-Provence, La Maison de la Pistache invites visitors to discover a vast collection of Pistachio varieties from all the countries producing the Golden Tree.

A pioneer since 2018 with Act for Planet in the reintroduction of the pistachio tree in Provence, La Maison de la Pistache is a company dedicated to discovering and promoting pistachios in all their forms.

The five La Maison de la Pistache boutiques invite you on a journey where every moment celebrates the love of this delicate fruit, cultivated for over 3,000 years. You are first welcomed by simple black stoneware jars, silent guardians of rare and precious vintages. Then the aperitif pistachio counter unveils a surprising collection, each one carrying a flavor, a terroir, a story. Then comes the magic moment: the on-site roasting, a veritable ballet for the eyes and nose, where we watch the pistachios dance under the heat, releasing little by little their roasted aromas and irresistible crunch. Finally, artisanal ice creams of different vintages and origins round off the experience.
