The Groupe Territoire de Provence brings together Provençal companies and workshops specializing in agri-food, open to the public all year round. A gourmet and committed itinerary links the workshops and allows visitors to discover the craftsmanship of the artisans at La Biscuiterie de Forcalquier, La Caramélerie de Mane, La Chocolaterie de Banon, L’Ecomusée l’Olivier de Volx, the Fabrique du Roy René and the Musée du Calisson in Aix-en-Provence, Moulin Brémond fils de Roussillon, La Maison de la Pistache in Valensole and l’Atelier de Pralines Brémond Fils in Aix-en-Provence.

Working with Olivier Baussan, passionate artisans and collaborators manufacture or select products from the Provençal and Mediterranean terroir. This wide range of confectionery and grocery products is made available to the public through a network of around fifty boutiques in France and Norway, as well as on dedicated websites. As partners of the Act for Planet association, the companies of the Groupe Territoire de Provence are committed to preserving life by supporting actions for regenerative agriculture and the protection of biodiversity.

Acting for life

Since 2019, the companies of Groupe Territoire de Provence have been supporting Act for Planet, an association that contributes to the protection of biodiversity and the dynamism of local agricultural sectors. Created on the initiative of Olivier Baussan and chaired by Alexis Bertucat, Act for Planet acts for the living, supporting agricultural and associative players involved in the protection and development of the territory.

Raising awareness of biodiversity protection

Around and within the 8 Groupe Territoire de Provence factories, free educational spaces have been created thanks to Act for Planet: an almond grove and heritage orchard in Aix-en-Provence, a butterfly awareness garden and photo exhibition in Mane, a pistachio collection orchard and fruit hedge in Valensole, etc… We support organizations and associations committed to safeguarding life, such as the LPO and AMAPI 04. And in so doing, we help create refuges and protection zones for endangered species, which benefit the biodiversity of the region.

Encouraging regenerative agriculture

Act for Planet supports regenerative agriculture and soil preservation in Provence, in particular by promoting agroforestry through the planting of fruit trees such as chestnuts and pistachios on farmland. Act for Planet also participates in the Endowment Fund for the Safeguarding of Lavender Heritage in Provence, to implement research programs aimed at finding ecological solutions for the preservation of lavender.
